Todd Wenzel, CEO/CTO, MCSD
Mr. Wenzel is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. He has architected and built custom enterprise software solutions since the mid 1980’s, and has been heavily involved in the Metal Treating sector of manufacturing since 1990.
From its inception in 2004, Todd Wenzel has served as President of Throughput Consulting, Inc., an enterprise software company serving the Metal Treating industry. Throughput’s flagship software product, Bluestreak™, is the culmination of Mr. Wenzel’s 20+ years of partnering with Heat Treating leaders, to provide software solutions that tackle the industry’s most pressing business challenges.
When not designing new technology solutions, Todd's other interests include flying as a private pilot, musician (trumpet and bass), wood working and being a music worship leader in his Church.
Robert Boginski, COO
As an avid TOC (Theory of Constraints) advocate and practitioner Mr. Boginski has been helping to build, establish and drive forward technology companies for 18 years. His insight and savvy in the understanding of and creation of market positioning have driven startup and Enterprise technology companies to new levels of profitability as well as establishing trademark and trust with each perspective market. Bob has held leadership positions with Baan Supply Chain Solutions, Baan, NEC Systems, Odyssey, ISE, Paperless and Taleo.
Gary Wenzel, Director Customer Success
Gary Wenzel joined Throughput | Bluestreak in late 2010 after 30 years of progressive leadership, management, and executive experience. Most recently, Gary was the Fiscal Officer for the Village of Hartville, located in NE Ohio. Prior to that, Gary held positions as an IT & Small Business Consultant in Wadsworth Ohio, Business Manager & Officer of the Board for a non-profit organization in Akron OHio, Executive Sales Engineer for a Fortune 500 company living and working in various states over the years, including; New York, Indiana, Washington and Wisconsin. Gary is a graduate of Bethel College, graduating with honors holding a BS degree in Organizational Management. Since coming to Throughput | Bluestreak he has served as the Director of Customer Success.
Outside of his professional career, Gary has been involved in the financial advising / instructing of individuals and families as a certified trainer for Crown Financial. Gary is an avid reader of current economic trends, history, and business advancement.
Rick Bergles, Director Implementations
Mr. Bergles has spent 32 years working for commercial and captive heat treating companies. His understanding of service based companies is shared by only a few people in the industry; from blast operator to purchasing manager to IT director. Rick has personally managed and implemented three different software packages into an active commercial heat treat shop he worked for, as well as countless Bluestreak implementations throughout North America. His personal experience and dedication is the perfect recipe for guaranteeing a successful Bluestreak implementation into your shop.
