How many phone calls do you get in a day from customers inquiring about the status

The Customer Portal is an essential element the Bluestreak™ MES Enterprise
Suite. The first element, Quote to Invoice (QTI), is the office module
and produces Quotes, Work Orders, Certifications, Shippers and Invoices. The second
element, Shop Floor, is a real-time, interactive order status system that
not only tracks orders through processing, but also provides a vehicle to communicate
important developments and changes to shop employees. Examples include "Hold" orders
and Corrective Action history specific to the order they are processing.
The Customer Portal, then, can be described as providing a picture window view into
your shop, but you can limit what each of your customers can see. Here are some

- View and Print all shippers with signatures and received date/time
Certifications
- View and Print all certifications
Part Logistics
- This is extremely useful for manufacturers to see an immediate "inventory" of
all their parts that are both in process or have been completed by part number
- View a list of ALL unique part numbers heat treated in the last 50 orders. See
real-time counts of each part number: Received, In Process, Ready To Ship, On Truck,
Delivered, Shippers and Invoiced
- Quickly identify every internal Order that contained a specific part number
- Quickly identify every shipment that contained a specific part number

- View and Print all quotes
